You upload your documents, we read them, and then we only ask what they do not say. There is no long form to fill in.
Your documents
One document, ideally your CV — as a PDF, Word file or text, up to 10 MB. We do not need certificates or references yet. The more complete the document, the less we have to ask you.
Your document is read by an AI system so that you do not have to type it out. Processing runs on Claude by Anthropic on AWS servers in the EU; the data does not leave the EU, the document is not stored there and is not used for training. You will see what was read in the next step and can change it.
The interim management assignments we recruit for
We fill assignments for international groups, mid-sized industrial companies and family-owned businesses, mainly in Spain and the German-speaking countries. Typical assignments:
- Managing Director, Plant Manager and Site Manager roles
- Interim CFO, COO and CRO for stabilisation and growth
- Restructuring, turnaround and recovery
- Succession, vacancy and bridging mandates
- Project leadership for relocation, integration and operational ramp-up

What happens after you register
- Our team reviews your profile and adds it to our pool of candidates.
- For each assignment we agree the brief with the client: expectations, timeframe, specific requirements, expertise needed and budget.
- If your experience fits an assignment, we contact you personally and discuss availability, day rate and fit for the assignment.
