Interim manager search for companies

Data: your email address, the search criteria you enter and, if you send an enquiry, your contact details and the text of the enquiry.

Purpose: to show you anonymised profiles matching your search and to handle your enquiry.

Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

The profiles shown are anonymous. They contain no name, contact details or photograph. An interim manager's identity is disclosed only after a specific enquiry and with their knowledge.

A job description you attach is not stored. It is sent by email to Stamm Consulting Group together with your enquiry; only the file name remains in the search record.

Registering as an interim manager

Data: your CV, a photograph, your contact details and the professional information from the form, such as experience, sectors, languages and daily rate.

Purpose: to add you to the Stamm Consulting Group network of interim managers and to propose you for mandates matching your profile.

Legal basis: your consent, which you give expressly when submitting the form and may withdraw at any time.

Retention: until you request erasure of your data or withdraw your consent.

Your registration is not activated automatically. Stamm Consulting Group reviews it before it is added to the register.

Notification about projects by email is voluntary and ticked separately. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Use of artificial intelligence

This website uses artificial intelligence at exactly one point: the automatic reading of the CV you upload when registering as an interim manager. The rest of the website, including the search for companies, works without artificial intelligence.

Input is transmitted to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and processed there using the Claude Sonnet 4.6 model by Anthropic. Processing takes place in the European Union. Processing is automated; results are not reviewed by a human unless explicitly stated otherwise. This disclosure is made under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence.

The result of that reading is shown to you before you submit the form, so that you can correct or complete it. No decision is taken automatically.

Recipients and processors

Your data is not passed on to third parties, except where required by law or where providing the service requires a processor bound by contract.

Martin Schenk S.L. (Madrid, Spain) provides hosting, development and technical maintenance of the website and the register. The servers are located in the European Union.

Amazon Web Services provides the artificial intelligence service described above, with processing in the European Union.

Mailgun sends the register's emails through its European infrastructure.

Cookies

This website sets no first-party or third-party cookies, and no analytics or advertising cookies. That is why no cookie banner appears.

The introduction video is first shown as a still image served from our own server. Only if you click play is the YouTube player loaded, through the youtube-nocookie.com domain, and Google's privacy policy applies from that moment on. Before the click, no request is sent to Google.

Data security

The controller takes reasonable precautions in line with industry practice to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of your data.

Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. CVs and photographs are stored in an area that is not publicly accessible.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability.

To exercise these rights, write to gs@stammconsultinggroup.com. Where there are reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for additional information to verify it.

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Accuracy of the data

You undertake that the data provided is correct, complete and up to date, and you are solely responsible for its accuracy.

Changes to this policy

The controller reserves the right to amend this privacy policy to reflect changes in legislation or in the website itself. The published version is the one in force at any given time.
