For further expansion of our business activities we are looking for Management Consultants / Lean Management.

Young engineers as well as engineers with experience in business consultancy or in industry with focus on the automotive industry, construction and mechanical engineering and production of industrial goods.

Solid knowledge in Lean Management is required as well as being well acquainted with the application and implementation of Lean Management tools SMED, 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SFM, FPM, OEE. You like conducting seminars and workshops as well as the coaching and training of employees.

We expect social skills, active customer and market orientation, problem-solving competence, confident manner, great commitment, goal orientation, excellent teamwork skills and hands-on-mentality. Very good English skills and high willingness to travel in Spain and abroad complete your profile.

Your opportunity: Being responsible for the implementation of the Lean Management philosophy at well-known small and medium sized companies and business clients in national and international environments.
